The room of restaurant can accomodate 50 forks and spoons.
You can benefit from the terrace, the garden, a panoramic sight on the neighbouring islands, from the green framework while tasting the "LOBSTER FRICASSE", the " CRAB STUFFED " or " BANANA FLAMBE".

 RECEIPT IDEA : CRAB STUFFED for 6 pers.

INGREDIENTS: crabs flesh(1 pound) or 5 ground crabs - ¼ pound of bread - local cive - parsley- thyme salt - pepper - garlic - 1/4piment - 1citron - 3 large spoon with oil - 100g butter.
- Boil crabs, drain them, then peel them  to recover the flesh.
- Soak the bread in water in which boils have been boiled.
- Melanger on soft fire in a casserole with oil: the cives , the finely cut parsley and thyme. 
- Add the beforehand mixed crab flesh and bread soaked passed
- Add butter, garlic, the pepper thin slice, salt, pepper and the lemon.
- Let on soft fire during 15 to 20 minutes
- Fill the shells of crabs washed beforehand, with this stuff and serve hot.
